SalesIro
Full inventory

Every SalesIro function

64 functions, from visit preparation to the signed commission, for employed reps and self-employed agents alike. 61 are available as soon as the workspace is opened; 3 need setting up, and that is flagged.

What a single tool replaces. A field sales force usually combines a CRM for deals, a visit app for routes and orders, a spreadsheet for commissions and agency contracts, and a follow-up tool for emails. SalesIro brings these together in one workspace, with the same data and the same permissions. Compare line by line with your current tools: it's the only comparison that counts.

Prepare and organise 7

Know where to go, what to do and what to say, before starting the car.

  • My day
Today's actions in order: promises to keep, follow-ups, visits, imminent decisions.
  • Prospecting plan
Day, week and month views, measured against a pace agreed with each rep; one département per day.
  • Route ranked by what is at stake
Accounts to visit chosen by potential and overdue visit frequency, then linked by the shortest route.
  • Pre-visit brief
One page: contacts, open promises, what is at stake, last audit, likely objection.
  • Synced calendar
Deadlines in Google Calendar, Outlook or iPhone by subscription; SalesIro reads nothing from it.
  • Assigned actions
The manager assigns an action with what is expected and the completion criterion; the rep follows it through.
  • Tracked promises
What was promised to the client, dated, with a reminder before it falls overdue.

Visit and sell 11

Everything that happens at the client's premises, even with no signal.

  • Guided client audit
Checklist by sector, four states, notes and photos, score per theme, PDF report for the client, deals opened.
  • Offline order taking
The basket fills up during the visit; everything syncs when the signal returns, with no duplicates.
  • PDF order form
Ready to print or to sign on the spot.
  • Hand-off to sales administration to be activated: email sending
The order form goes by email to sales admin and to the client contact.
  • Dictated visit report
Speak as you leave the visit, the text writes itself; you reread and approve.
  • AI formatting of the visit report to be activated: workspace AI key
Dictated text becomes a visit report, a dated next action and promises.
  • Client range table
Current supplier, renewal date and budget, range by range; alert before the deadline.
  • Trade-specific fields
Covers and annual closure in hotels and restaurants, banner and facings in grocery retail, tender end date in contract catering…
  • Product interests and price approval
The rep proposes a price; the principal approves, adjusts or rejects it.
  • Sales pitch and objections
The trade's objections, the reflex, the line, the questions; enriched by the field log.
  • Dated notes and attachments
Signed, timestamped notes, account notebook, photos, quotes and attached documents.

Track deals 6

Never lose a deal between two visits again.

  • Stage-based pipeline
Configurable stages and probabilities, date slippage tracked.
  • Six-criterion qualification
Decision-maker, need, budget, timing, next step, competition: what is established, not what is hoped.
  • Suggested actions
The next action suggested from the stage and the record: renewal coming up, overdue promise, no decision-maker.
  • Committed forecast
What is going to close, separated from what rests on poorly qualified deals.
  • Growth plan
The gap to target broken down into quantified levers, account by account.
  • Email follow-up sequences to be activated: email sending
Scenarios by situation, sent in the rep's name, stopped on reply or unsubscribe.

Manage the team 12

Employees and agents on the same screen, each managed according to their status.

  • Management console
Projected landing, coverage, visit frequency, alerts, by visibility scope.
  • Mixed sales force
Employees and self-employed agents side by side, cost per euro sold for each channel.
  • Performance and ranking
Target attainment, monthly revenue, pipeline by stage, per rep.
  • Agent record
Contact details, company, company registration number (SIRET in France), agency contract, commission rules and documents (contract, certificates).
  • Field coaching
Manager's observation checklist, strengths, areas for improvement, next check-in.
  • Annual and per-account targets
The rep's target, then a target per account and per range.
  • Visit frequency
Pace by account class; accounts off schedule flagged.
  • Territory coverage
Map by département and of the areas nobody is working.
  • Account classification
Potential scoring by segment and size; classes and a strategy per class.
  • Account groups
Chains and buying groups assigned as a block or site by site.
  • Territory-based assignment
Assignment proposed from geography, applied in one go.
  • Portfolio clean-up
Unreadable segments, duplicates, incomplete records: suggested, never imposed.

Lead the team 5

Keep the team engaged without an extra meeting: what is happening, what is being won, what the field sees.

  • Team feed
Manager announcements with read receipts, the pinned one on top of “My day”; the month's wins drawn from deals and orders, cheered with a “Bravo”.
  • Challenges
Visits, new clients, signed revenue or orders of one range, over a period, with a reward and a live leaderboard; employees take part automatically, agents opt in.
  • Ready-made team meeting
The week's agenda: revenue compared, deals signed and stalled, overdue items, renewals within 60 days, challenges; any line becomes an assigned action; printable.
  • Field feedback
Competitor price, stock-out, recurring request, competitor on site: logged during the visit, summarised by type and area for management.
  • Our brand
The principal's brand sheet for its reps and agents: 30-second pitch, story, values, flagship ranges, verifiable key figures, what we say and what we don't, materials, contacts; edited in place, printable, the pitch shown in the pre-visit brief.

Pay commission 5

Fair commission, checkable line by line, signed before it is paid.

  • Commission rules per agent
Base rate, target, rate above target, rate per range.
  • Co-signed statements
Every line itemised; the agent signs or disputes it in the tool.
  • Choice of commission base
On signature, on invoice or on payment received, via invoice import.
  • Agency contracts
Territory, ranges, exclusivity, minimum, end date, notice period.
  • Delegated discount limits
Maximum discount by status and account class; beyond it, escalation.

Fit your trade 4

The vocabulary, segments and questions of your sector.

  • Sector templates
Seven channels (hotels and restaurants, contract catering, grocery retail, pharmacy, independent retail, trade distribution, industry) and eight offerings.
  • Segments and how to approach them
Who to go through, what works, the right moment, the trap.
  • Audit checklists by sector
Hotels and restaurants, contract catering, grocery retail, pharmacy, independent retail, trade distribution, industry, general.
  • Interface in five languages
    French, English, Italian, Spanish, German.

Connect and import 6

Plug into what you already have, without replacing everything.

  • File import
Accounts, contacts, deals, invoices from Excel or CSV, with column mapping.
  • HubSpot connector
Companies, contacts and deals read from HubSpot (read-only), configurable stage mapping.
  • REST API
Access via revocable keys, every call logged.
  • MCP server for AI assistants
Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity query your data, by key or OAuth connection.
  • Signed webhooks
Your systems notified on every event, verifiable signature.
  • Calendar subscription
Personal iCalendar feed for each rep.

Security and everyday use 8

What protects the data and what makes the tool usable anywhere.

  • Optional two-factor authentication
Everyone can turn it on if they wish; once on, the database requires the code at every sign-in.
  • Database-level isolation
A rep sees only their own scope, even if they know the address of a record.
  • Hosting in the European Union
    Database in Frankfurt.
  • Access log
Who read what through the API or an AI assistant, tamper-proof.
  • Offline mode
Entries, orders, audits: saved on the device, sent when the signal returns.
  • Real-time updates
Changes made by a colleague appear without reloading.
  • Installable app
From the browser on phone and computer; native Android version.
  • GDPR-compliant prospecting
Contact sources traced, unsubscribes honoured everywhere.

What SalesIro doesn't do

  • It doesn't replace your marketing CRM or your ERP: it plugs into them (import, HubSpot, API, webhooks).
  • It doesn't track reps' location continuously: a route is a plan, not surveillance.
  • It doesn't yet have an iOS app on the App Store: on iPhone, the app installs from the browser.
  • Audit checklists can't yet be edited from the screen: questions specific to your trade are added on request.
